* software  =   2023 home & business version 

* desire:  Import  documents from Charles Schwab  [  1099-B  ]

* the initial import attempt  states that the import was :  SUCCESSFUL    ( from: Charles Schwab Financial Inst. )

but  . . .

there is nothing in the Import Summary ( Intuit Turbotax 2023 Home/Business version )  showing anything imported from Charles Schwab .   I've used multiple web-browsers ( Firefox / Google Chrome )  . .  to no avail .

*  called :   TurboTax help  . .     no resolve .    Frustrating .    !

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

If you use the Brave browser, you have to turn off the Brave Shields.
