Import into desktop software

I'm using TurboTax desktop (download) version. I tried to import a my Fidelity 1099. All seemed to go fine and I received the message "we got your info" or something like that. However, it is not showing up in my software - either in the downloaded information section or in the return.

Numerous posts about difficulty with Fidelity imports. No consistent advice. Either try again after updating your program or enter the data manually.
