Import from Wells Fargo Advisors on pc

I imported my 1099 from Wells Fargo Advisors earlier this year and now i am attempting to import an amended 1099 from Wells Fargo Advisors and it does not recognize my user name or password.  Both are the same as when i imported the first time.  I sign on directly to Wells Fargo with the same user name and password several times a day.  TT says Wells Fargo does not recognize when I try importing from there.  I verified the user name and password is correct multiple times.  How can I import my new 1099 to complete my return?

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

• Clearing your Cache and Cookies
• Using a different browser
• Opening an Incognito Window

No the suggestion did not work.  My son also has TT and he can't import from Wells Fargo Advisors either and had to enter the information manually.

I also had my grandson(who is an IT Professional) try to resolve the issue.  He tried many options and none worked to get the import to work.

So I have resigned to enter my info manually as well.
