Import from Schwab with Turbo Tax Home and Business.

I waited until the 14th of Feb as directed. Today, I went thru the login procedures  and finally got to the import. The message returned was that there no forms  available even though I can see them in my account. I contacted Schwab who said it must be a Turbo Tax problem.
