import from Schwab has no data

TT said Schwab import would be available by Feb 12, and Schwab emailed me that it's available maybe a week ago. Yet, today is Feb 14, I tried import again and again, each time TT said it's successful. but no data is imported. no 1099 form at all. what's the problem? Thanks.

Edit: not sure how to make my question clearer than it already is. The import process succeeded as the TT said so in the import browser window. However no data has been imported at all. If you don't know or understand the problem, please do not reply. Thank you.

Doesn’t import, you need to allow
