Import from Fidelity not working

I am able to connect to Fidelity, TurboTax sees the accounts but when I click on Import Now, although it seems it is doing something it does not. Anything that I do after that crashes Turbo Tax. Need help immediately!!!

Import from Fidelity not working

Instead of clicking on 'Import Now', try double-clicking on Fidelity in the Search Results.

If using TurboTax Online, be sure to clear your Cache and Cookies between attempts.
