Import from Fidelity NOT Working

When trying to import  the data from Fidelity-NetBenefits, a window " The import was unsuccessful" pops up.  I am using a desktop version on MacAir.  Help!
Note:  Importing data from Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch works just fine.

Import from Fidelity NOT Working

@InttCmnt37

Mine too....BUT... I was just testing that selection, since 1099-R forms have never before been available as import files from my NetBenefits account.   I have always had to enter those particular 1099-R forms manually.   Not sure if it is pension dependent or not.

Maybe NetBenefits plans to offer them (direct imports) at some time in the future...but perhaps not yet.

Import from Fidelity NOT Working

Thanks for quick reply, but … I’ve been importing the data from Fidelity in the past with no issues.  Fidelity tech support confirmed that the  issue is on the TurboTax side.  I’ve submitted this issue to Intuit tech support twice now.  Hope they are also looking at community posts and an update to TT will become available sooooon.
