Import from Etrade brokerage not working. Nothing happens after entering ID and PW.

If you're using TurboTax Online, first, be sure to clear your Cache and Cookies between attempts. ‌When you type in E*Trade on the bank name, double-click E*Trade from Morgan Stanley in the search results below. You should then get a Sign In link. Make sure you check your broker account to be sure you enable 'third party sharing'.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anti-Virus is turned off.
