Import from Chase Bank fails

I am have tried and failed multiple times to import data from Chase Bank. Inside TurboTax, I log in to both my Intuit account and Chase account. Intuit sees the various bank accounts I have at Chase and allows me to select the specific accounts I want to import. At the very last step, I see a message claiming that the Chase site is down for maintenance:
