Import Financial Info

In the past TT Business has always asked if I wanted to import financial info.  This year, it isn't.  where do I go to import financial info?

TurboTax Business asks whether you want to import data from QuickBooks. The program is not capable of importing data from any other source.

When I click on my financial institution to import my data it goes back to the previous screen. What do I do?

What is the name of the FI? There have been multiple reasons why importing from certain FIs fails. Not to mention certain FIs are not in the import list. Different FIs require different steps to import; do one step wrong and it fails.
