Edward Jones no longer uses Microsoft explorer as a browser. I used safari and it worked fine. Change your browser on your phone, ipad or computer then sign into turbotax. Turbotax should download your files.

I purchased a bond on various dates and sold it on 6/3/25. According to my Edward Jones it is a long term sale but it will not register correctly.
