Edward Jones no longer uses Microsoft explorer as a browser. I used safari and it worked fine. Change your browser on your phone, ipad or computer then sign into turbotax. Turbotax should download your files.

I started Edward Jones distribution in error. We received no distribution from Edward Jones in 2024. It keeps asking for info/code. How do I make it go away?
