I cannot import my Morgan Stanley 1099 info into TT Deluxe. I correctly enter SSN, user ID and password; then I get an error message that either says "Account Not Authorized" or "The SSN/TIN, username or password you entered is incorrect" or "There are no tax records available." I spent an hour with 3 Morgan Stanley Tech Support people and could not resolve it. Morgan Stanley is listed as an import option inside the TT program and under "TurboTax Import Partners" on this TT support website. I tired the advice others have posted here. I tried importing from the task bar menu option and from inside my tax return. BUT I STILL CANNOT IMPORT! Help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I'll assume you are using the desktop software (CD/download) version of Deluxe. Online Deluxe cannot handle investment sales.
I'll also assume you mean Morgan Stanley Wealth Management since you mentioned 3 sign-in fields, as opposed to Morgan Stanley Stock Plan Connect, which has 2 sign-in fields.
Other than what you mentioned above, we don't know what all you have tried or haven't tried. Some financial institutions require a user to checkmark an account setting such as "allow third-party access" so that other programs can access data to download. I don't know if Morgan Stanley has that setting and requirement in one's account options or not. If they do, I would think (I hope) that one of the Morgan Stanley techs you talked to would have mentioned it.
Are you using a very complex password for your Morgan Stanley account? If using a password manager, one might be using a complex generated password. If so, you might try simplifying it temporarily at your Morgan Stanley account long enough to try the import, then you can put back the more-complex password later.
If you don't get other suggestions in this thread, here's how to phone TurboTax Support:
Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.
You can use this contact form to get a phone number.

Same here--what is going on? Schwab import worked fine--no go with Morgan Stanley. Not sure Turbo Tax has the correct description for Morgan Stanley account. Its not Wealth Management.
I just got it to work after going to MS security and authorizing 3rd party access. That was the trick.
After I gave up and individually reported all the lines from my Morgan Stanley summary (which, frankly, is easier than understanding how to do the import every year), Morgan Stanley emailed me that I had to enable 3rd party data sharing in the services tab. Apparently you click "edit" next to "third party data sharing" and then click "yes."
Glad to hear you were successful importing the information you needed.
