Im using online version, self-employed. Can't edit Income

The program wont allow me to add/edit my 1099-NEC income. Tried 2 experts on live chat - they have no idea. I know where to go, I can see "Edit" button but it only takes me to general info page, not to 1099 add/edit page. How do I do that?

Can you clarify if you are entering a 1099-NEC that is related to Self-employment income or not?

Yes I want to enter 1099-Nec income that's self-employed. Im using self-employed version of Turbotax - but I wont let me edit that information

If you have entered your 1099-NEC as self-employment income you need to visit the Self-employment section to alter the information rather than searching for the 1099-NEC directly.

To do this in TurboTax Online you can follow these steps:

Open or continue your return in TurboTax
Search for self employment income (use this exact phrase, don't add a hyphen) and select the Jump to link at the top of the search results
Answer Yes on the Did you have any self-employment income or expenses? screen
- If you land on the Your 2021 self-employed work summary page, select Review next to the work you're adding income for

I see that you're using the online version. Perhaps it's a browser issue. Are you using any Ad blocker extensions, like uBlock? If so, you can click the extension and whitelist intuit.com. I've found that the various Ad blockers can break certain websites, especially ones which have lots of interaction between the user and the website and fancy web magic to make it work.
