I filed my taxes with your company in 2020 there was no communication and your company charged me for a service that never happened. because of these issues i've been cut off from my stimulus and my tax returns I have all information pertaining to 2018 2019 2020. please I need help ASAP .

You posted to a thread that is very old. Would you please clarify your question? Did you e-file your 2020 tax return and never receive your refund or is there another issue?
