Ilinois State Download Not Working

I'm a very experienced TT user, literally for decades but I've never seen this issue before.  I've tried TT phone support with mixed results and no solution so I'm posting here to see if anyone else had the same issue and what was done to correct it.

Product is TT Deluxe Fed & State.  Purchased and installed with no problem.  I've been working on my federal return and now want to start on the state return (Illinois).  After clicking the state box in the blue banner at the top of the TT screen it appears that TT is downloading the state forms but after a few seconds a box pops up indicating that the "software is up to date" but no state forms are available either thru the Step-By-Step or manual forms.  Yes, the Illinois forms are available for download.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Resolution

To resolve, close TurboTax and then:

1. Download the TTCleanStatesTool.zip file and save it to your desktop or other easy-to-find location.
2. Double-click to open the zip folder.
3. Extract the contents of the folder to your desktop and open the extracted folder.
4. Right-click the downloaded file (TTCleanStates.exe) and select Run as Administrator.
5. Select your version (Personal or Business).
6. Select your state from the dropdown menu and choose Remove (if you're having problems with multiple states, choose Remove all States).
7. Once the tool finishes removing the state return(s), close it and reopen TurboTax.
8. Follow the prompts to update TurboTax at the prompt. It should start downloading your state.

SOLVED:  I just uninstalled TT and then re-installed it.  I was then able to download the state forms.
