IL resident, WI W-2G, required to file and pay taxes on WI taxes?

I am an IL resident, and won money at a WI casino, and they did not take out WI tax. Am I required to file WI taxes to pay that state, WI, taxes on my winnings?

If you are a nonresident of Wisconsin and your Wisconsin gross income is $2,000 or more, you must file a Wisconsin tax return.
