Ii was charged by a nys dtf pit tax payment. What is the meaning ?

Your New York State Personal Income Tax (PIT) was taken out of your checking account via an ACH. 

PIT is the 3 letter shortening used by the state of New York for income tax.

DTF is the Department of Tax and Finance.

Hi, i was debited for a NYS DTF PIT TAX payment but returned as insufficient funds. What should I do? will they make another attempt since there are now sufficient funds in my account?

If your bank rejects the payment, the Tax Department will send you a bill for the amount due, which may include penalty and interest.

I was just charged 323 by NYS DTF Fit. I checked intuit, that supposed to be my NYS refund. How long did it take until they send your refund?
