Can I file injured spouse even if my husband is the only one with income? And will they take our whole refund?

If your husband has a debt which can be offset by the IRS and he is the only spouse with income, then no part of the refund belongs to you. Even if you file an Injured Spouse form, all your refund will be offset.

If your husband has a debt which can be offset by the IRS and he is the only spouse with income, then no part of the refund belongs to you. Even if you file an Injured Spouse form, all your refund will be offset.
