Rejected due to incorrect pin number. When selecting "fix" the software skips the screen to enter the AGI. HELP!

If your file was rejected with error code IND-181-01 and selecting "fix" does not take you to the screen to re-enter your IP PIN,  try this:

• Open your tax file, and go to Other Tax Situations. 
• Scroll down to Other Return Info and click on Show More. 
• Look for Identity Protection PIN and click on Revisit.  
• Follow on-screen prompts to enter your PIN.  

Review your return for errors and re-submit for electronic filing.
