If your father claimed you as his dependent, the he had to have provided more than half of your living expenses, upkeep, etc., for the year. You should not receive any of his tax refund, as you did not pay for more than half of your expenses. If you DID pay for more than half of your expenses, then you should have filed on your own and your dad should not have claimed you as a dependent.
