I claim my daugter as a dependent (she is not a child dependent but a qualifying relative) I just did my taxes with turbo and there was no where for me to claim tuition.

If you have not filed, to claim tuition, here are the steps: 

• Open your program if you have not done so
• At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in education and Enter 
• Select Jump to education
• On screen, "Do you want to enter your higher education expenses?" answer Yes. 
• Follow prompts
