I shouldn't owe any self employment tax, but TT calculated that I do. What adjustments should I make to correct this?

If you have net positive income from your schedule C, you will be subject to %15.3 self-employment taxes. Form Schedule SE is used to calculate self-employment taxes. You can check this form to track where the income is coming from.
