No. In the Online version the fees are to prepare the returns whether you efile or print and mail. Why did it reject? We can probably help you fix it.
Are you using online software or desktop software? If you are using online software the fee was for using the software to prepare your tax return. The fee is the same whether you e-file or mail it in an envelope.
if you use the CD/download, the price you paid for the software included free e-filing for up to five federal returns. If you used the CD/download to prepare a state return, there is a fee to e-file the state. If you paid the $20 to e-file the state and were somehow unable to e-file the state, you can request a refund of the $20 state e-file fee.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
