If you are going to e-file your return, no you do not need to mail in any document. If the IRS or State requires any additional forms or documents, they will send the request to you. However, I would recommend that you make a copy of your return, installment agreement, basically all forms associated with this return in event you need them in the future. The instructions to print is below, just do not mail anything if e-filing, unless requested.
