I'm checking over my tax return constantly and everything seems fine, but I am having anxiety over it. Will the IRS let me know anything is up without fining me? I don't want to have a headache over any minor mistakes I make.

TurboTax is very good at making sure what you entered is correct. Your problem will be in forgetting to enter or download a form. My favorite feature is when you file taxes NEXT year, TT will look at your forms from previous year and tell you if you may have missed entering a form. Then you can either find it and enter the info or say that form no longer applies and delete it.
Are you using TurboTax Online?
Pay the preparation fee and register -- then you can see your entire return.
Visit the Print Center to get the ball rolling.
---
Always print a copy of your completed tax return for your records, and review it carefully before e-Filing.
You will need it if you are audited by the IRS, or to amend if a TurboTax update changes your return or for any other reason,
AND, to find your AGI next year.
Then put the paper copy in your desk for three days. Come back and review it again. Inevitably, you will find some error.
