If there were something incomplete or inaccurate on my return why would turbo tax not fix it since they were paid to do that

first topic 152 then cannot give any info says theey we're accepted feb3 filed single no child tax credit so what is happening o still haven't got any thing

The IRS has been backlogged for 2 years. Their goal is to have the refund issued within 21 days. It’s a goal not a promise. If you filed Feb 3 that’s 4 weeks so you should hear something soon. 
TurboTax does not have access to return after they’re filed so they can’t tell you what IRS  is doing.

TT is a primarily a DIY computer program, and you are paying for the use of it.  While TT does guaranty the accuracy if its calculations; it cannot know (for example) if you made a data entry error, forgot to claim some income, or claimed some invalid deductions/credits.

For example, you might have said you did not receive stimulus #3, but the IRS records indicate that you did. That would cause a delay while the IRS looks into it.
