If the dependent I'm filing on my return owes child support, will my refund be garnished?

He is a dependent not a filer. I know that if he was a filer it would be taken but I just want to be clear he is a dependent and I just want to make sure my refund won't be affected. I've researched and get mixed answers. Thanks in advance.

Will my refund be garnished if my husband owes back child support; but I qualify for head of household & cover all of home expenses? Only his name & SSN on my return.
