If status still shows in process but system won't continue. I mailed the federal forms 3 weeks ago. How do I get the system to finish process and E-file the state?

If you did not e-file your federal returns you cannot e-file your state returns either. You can only e-file state returns if your federal return was e-filed and accepted. Sorry--you must print, sign and mail your state returns.
