If my taxes i filed and paid to turbo tax was rejected because my ssn was put in wrong do i have to refile and pay again or can turbo tax fix it?

No TurboTax cannot fix it. No one else can access your tax return or your account--only you. You do not have to pay again. Open up your return and correct the SSN. You might need to click on "Add a State" to get in--you are not really adding a state--but that will get you in. Fix the SSN in My Info and then try to e-file it again.
