If my ex-boyfriend, whom I escaped from as it was a domestic situation, stole my stimulus check and most of my money--supported him like a dependent

He stole my stimulus check and most of my paychecks, in addition, I had to pay most/if not all expenses for necessary items. This is a civil and criminal suit in the making, how does this impact my taxes now or in the future?

If a stimulus check was issued to you then you are going to have to enter the amount of the stimulus payment on your own tax return when you answer questions about the recovery rebate credit in Federal Review.  The IRS matches that up to the amount they know they sent to you.   A mismatch will cause your refund to be delayed.

You can report the check as stolen.

As for claiming your BF as a dependent---we have no details and do not know if you can claim him.
