yes.  A child born (even on Dec 31) is considered to live with you the whole year.  So pick the Whole Year at the top of the drop down box.

The actual rule for head of household qualification is that the child born during the year must have lived with you more than half the part of the year that he or she was alive. For determining if the child was your qualifying child dependent or not, you would correctly answer that the child lived with you the whole year.
