You might. You will only enter your health insurance in the Health Insurance section when you enter the 1095A. At the end, TurboTax will ask about self-employment. If there is excess, the health insurance premiums will flow to your business. You will see it in Schedule 1, line 29. That flows to the 1040, line 6.
