If I purchase a turbotax tier that includes help from a person, can I contact that person multiple times during the tax fill-out process, or is it only once?

I am concerned that the contact with a person is only a "one and done" thing. I would do better with people I could contact multiple times with questions I have as they arise.

With TurboTax Live you can contact an expert as many times as need. You do not get the same expert each time, and you cannot request a specific person. Each contact is separate.
