If I pay bi-weekly toward my health care coverage, is that deductible?

It depends... are they taken from your paycheck? You can deduct your health insurance premiums ONLY IF your employer included them in box 1 (gross wages) of your W-2. If the premiums are not included, it means they are paid with pre-tax dollars - they are deducted from your wages before taxes were applied. Deducting them would be "double-dipping" and that's not allowed.
