If I owe money for not having health insurance, does it get taken out of my return or do I need to pay separately

I have a schedule 4 on my form 1040 for not having health insurance for part of the year. From what I understand that amount is what I owe. I looked over my return and it doesn't mention anywhere that I need to write a check or something similar for that amount, nor does the amount that the return shows I should be getting back seem to reflect that amount. Will the IRS take that amount out of my return before sending me the remainder or do I need to do something about it?

No.  It's already included in your tax due or refund.  Schedule 4 goes to 1040 line 14.
