If I only made $63.43 on a job in 2016 year do I have to claimant on my taxes

If this is the ONLY income you received during 2016, you are not required to file a tax return unless there is tax withholdings taken out from you pay by your employer.  You will then need to file a tax return to re-claim as a refund. 

If you received a Form W-2, the federal tax withholding would be reported in box 2 and state and local tax withholding would be in box 17 and 19.
