If I mail my Federal taxes because of rejection code R000-058-01how can I email NY state?

Turbo tax says to fix my return I have to mail it but the state requires emailed returns and won't accept it without the Federal?

NY state does not like mailed returns but will accept it.  You cannot mail federal and efile state with TurboTax

If you are not including a payment, mail your return to:

If you are including a payment (check or money order), mail your return (including Form IT-201-V) to:
