If i got married in October and wanted to file married but separate but it is wanting all of my wife's information do i go ahead and put it in?

Click My Info in the left column.  You should now see all your personal information. Scroll down to your marital status and select edit ( pencil icon). Once you select married under that section it will ask "Do you want to file this return together with your spouse?".  Select no. This will allow you to file separately but the program will still ask for some their info but not income.

When you file separately you must enter their name, SS# & birthday on the return and they will do the same ... this is to cross reference the separate returns for the IRS.
