I just got the code [removed] this year why is it rejecting my ip pin

You posted your IP PIN in a public Internet forum.  You can edit your question by clicking the tiny blue 3-dot icon just to the right of your question.

That rejection code is for the IP PIN of a dependent or qualifying person.   See this FAQ:
