If I get a new email from turbo tax saying congratulations your refund has processed and is on its way ...is this a generated email or is it really on way

I did not have the child tax credit, I only received my federal refund. My state generally takes a while longer.

That's probably why you received your federal. I fall under the CTC and I only received my state refund after maybe a week of filing . Normally I would get my federal first. I think everyone who has the CTC won't be receiving their federal refund until the mid of February .

@KimberlyHarmon same mine say the 17th on my transcript o still don't have the 856 code. And it's still saying received, so hopefully it will update soon! I received my state today. I also have 2 dependants. Oh I filed my returns on January 17th was accepted federal 1st on the 21st and state on the 23rd.

False. Turbo tax sends that email, once they receive the processing fee out of your taxes if you paid them that way. They received their money, so they're letting you know yours is on the way.

I filed a week before taxes started to be accepted also and I still don’t have a date yet, but I did do the ctc, eitc That’s crazy 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😢😢😢. Can someone please tell me what’s going on.

I even pulled our transcripts. I don't understand them nor do I see the 6 digit number I don't get it.  Mine has 0s still and I was excepted the 30th with no eic or ctc
