If I don’t have my drivers license to be able to put the date it was issued what should i do?

Not to be flippant about it, but I recommend getting your license or getting a replacement license ASAP.

You COULD file a paper return instead of filing electronically, but only if you want to wait until half past forever to get a possible refund, maybe miss out on more "stimulus money", etc.
