My IP pen from last year is on my taxes should I remove it?

WHAT DO I DO IF I DONT HAVE A IP PIN NUMBER HAVENT FILED IN TWO YEARS SO I DONT HAVE AONE WGAT DO I DO CAN I FILE WITH OUT BY MAIL OR I DID TRY CALLING FOR ONE BUT CAN NEVER GET THRU TO IRS PLEASE HELP
