If I am trying to pay to efile the state return and it won't let me advance past the information screen to get to the credit card screen, what should I do?

I wasted over an hour with the same problem.  Finally figured out to shrink the type setting.  Window was too big with no scroll down to click proceed.  Drove me nuts.  Tried all sorts of suggestions.  What worked was to go to the settings and shrink the type.  Worked for me. Good luck.
