If disk drive will not download purchased at Target, what is the next step?

located the Turbotax 2017 icon and drug into Application folder but doesn't unload.  turned off firewall as suggested but still doesn't unload.

You can contact customer service for more help. They can troubleshoot with you more and send you a download copy that may work better.
