If app crashes at "Just three more steps" page when press Start button, what do I do?

When finish TurboTax, takes you to page to review your return and says "Just three more steps", with a Start button after the first step. I cannot get past this spot, as app keeps telling me it's hit a"snag" and to try again.

If you are caught in an endless loop on the app, try logging into your account and finishing your return using a web browser. Everything will be saved and you can pick up right where you left off.
