If a form has been available for a week, why is TT saying its going to take another 10 days to upload so my taxes can be filed?

For example, If you have any extra forms to go with your taxes, you are using Turbo tax at your own risk. Once turbo tax charges your credit card, you are on your own. They don't give damn when or if your taxes get filed.
