If a button is missing, what do I do?

Under "My Info" (name, SS#, birthdate, ...), it says "Please review and confirm if all your info is correct."  I reviewed it, all is correct, but there isn't a "Confirm" or similar button, there's only "Edit" buttons and a "Skip reviewing" button
