When trying to set up a Credit Karma Spend account in order to receive the refund advance, it tells me my identity could not be verified and that they were working to resolve the problem. Ck customer service is of no help because they tried telling me that they and Turbo Tax are not related. This all occurred after I struggled for a week even trying to log into Credit Karma because my phone number was associated with another account. I has to submit to identity verification and finally got my phone number updated and reviewed my info before I even requested a Spend account. Everything matches so I do not understand why this is occurring. I do know that my CK account was originally opened under a different address but that was updated five years ago. Would it be of any benefit to close my current CK account then open a new one in order to overcome the glitch with confirming my identity? I have tried different browsers, clearing my cache, and all that. I do not know what else is left besides attempting this.
