my wife doesnt want to use her drivers license for id is there a another way. she doesnt have an id card or passport

You can select skip if this is for federal.  If it is for a state that requires you to use an ID, you will have to print and mail your state return.

Be aware, if you are claiming a refund, the IRS is holding up some returns to verify identities.  If you are chosen, it can take up to 9 weeks after you verify for them to process your refund.
